WHEREAS Arun Shori, as executor of the estate of Rekha Shori (deceased), of 39 Vestry Court, 5 Monck Street London Sw 1 P2BW, in the United Kingdom, is registered as proprietor lessee of all that flat No. 12 on ground floor erected on L.R. No. 1870/iv/137, situate in the Nairobi Municipality in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 43652/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
