REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Isaya Amukhoye Eshiromba, is, registered as proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land known as Kisa/Mushiangubu/499, and whereas the principal magistrate's court at Kakamega in succession case No. 578 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration to. Joseph Eshiromba Mukhoye, and' whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed.
