WHEREAS kaya Binti Salim, of P.O. Box 87242, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 7828/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C. R. 24787/1, and ' whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file in respect of this title has been lost/misplaced and whereas the administrator of the estate of the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in Favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof unless a written objection is received within that period, I shall proceed with the registration • of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act,.
