WHEREAS (1) Christine Nellie' Waruguru, (2) James Irungu Kariuki and (3) Lucy Nduta, all of P.O. Box 1315-00502, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are the administarators of the estate of Paul Mwangi Kariuki, registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 195/35 (original No. 195/23/11), situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in Volume N47, Folio 176, File 14776, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice 14th June, 2019 THE KENYA GAZE11h 2221 is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
