ACT

PURSUANT to provisions of Article 69 (2) of the Tharaka Nithi County Alcoholic Drinks Control Act, 2015, the County Executive Committee Members for Finance, Economic Planning, Trade and Revenue being responsible for alcoholic drinks control within the County of Tharaka Nithi and on recommendations of the committee. Do notify the general public that the application for grant of liquor licence under this Act, as at the date of this notice shall be considered from the 31st March, 2019 commencing with inspections of premises there after.
