APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 12 (4) and 13
(1) of the County Governments Act, 2012 and sections 17 and 18 of the County Assembly Service Act, 2017, the Vihiga County Assembly
Service Board with approval of the County Assembly appoints—
AMBAKA J. KILINGA to be the Clerk of the County Assembly of Vihiga and Secretary to the
Vihiga County Assembly Service Board, with effect from the 21st
January, 2019.
