IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Articles 88 (4) (d) and (e), and 101 (4) of the Constitution of Kenya, sections 13 (3), 16, 31 (2B) and 2 (C) and 74 of the Elections Act, 2011 and Regulation 13B of the Elections General Regulations, 2012, Regulation 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 of the THE KENYA GAZETTE 25th January, 2019 158 158 Elections (Party Primaries and Party List) Regulations, 2017, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission gives notice to the public that the persons listed in the seventh and eight columns of the Schedule stand to contest in the Jubilee party primaries for Lelan County Assembly Ward Representative scheduled to be held on 26th January, 2019.
