REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Stephen Kamau Chege, (2) Erastus Muiruri Chege, (3) Peter Mungai Chege and (4) John Kariuki Chege, all of P.O. Box 27, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.59 hectares or thereabout, known as Naivasha/Maraigushu Block 1/264 (Missouri), situate in the district of Naivasha, whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Naivasha in succession cause No. 507 of 2017, has issued a certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of the estate of John Kariuki Chege (deceased), and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietors to surrender the land title deed for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
