REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joe Rhafael Mukandie (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.20 hectare or thereabouts, each, situate in the district of Kajiado North, known as Ngong/Ngong/25388 and 25389, respectively, and whereas the High Court at Nairobi in succession cause No. 2368 of 2014, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Mary Gideon Kateng’u and (2) Antonia Mwatha Mukandie, both of P.O. Box 16820–00100, Nairobi, and whereas the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Joe Rhafael Mukandie (deceased), have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L. 17 and issue land title deeds to the said (1) Mary Gideon Kateng’u and (2) Antonia Mwatha Mukandie, and upon such registration, the land title deeds issued to Joe Rhafael Mukandie (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
