THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Fredrick Gatobu Kiruki, of P.O. Box 54069–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.25 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Laikipia, known as Nanyuki/Marura Block 4/794 (Kimuri), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the said piece of land has been lost/misplaced, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the lost green card and white card as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
