REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Richard Kirimi Kinoti, (2) Mary Wambui Kamau and (3) Catherine Njeri, all of P.O. Box 7610–00610, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/VII/197 (Original 36/VII/22/4), situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in Volume N47, Folio 152/10, File 14753, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
