WHEREAS (1) Bashir Admani and (2) Sakina Anwarali, both of P.O. Box 49177–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of all that plot A708 in Block A, erected on a piece of land known as L. R. No. 2905 Migaa, situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, registered as Plot A708, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
