IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Regulation 8 (3) of the
Sports, Arts and Social Development Fund Regulations, 2018, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya
Defence Forces, appoint—
JACKSON KIPRONO TUWEI to be the Chairperson of the Sports, Arts and Social Development
Fund Oversight Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 18th January, 2019.
