THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samson Rioba Magaiwa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 7.4 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Mabera, known as Bugumbe/Mabera/1168, and whereas succession has been done and letters of administration issued earlier to Samson Wankuru Nyamboha in succession cause No. 13 of 2018 at Kehancha, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Samson Rioba Magaiwa (deceased) cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7 and issue a new land title deed to the beneficiaries, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Samson Rioba Magaiwa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
