THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kipkosge arap Mitei, of P.O. Box 73, Kiptugumo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kericho/Kiptere/467, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kericho in succession cause No. 185 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration intestate to Joshua Kipkemoi Chepkwony, and whereas all efforts to trace the land title deed has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kipkosge arap Mitei, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
