REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Malakwen Tuei, of P.O. Box 1059, Kericho in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kericho/Kapsaos/314, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kericho in succession cause No. 1 of 2014, has issued a grant of letters of administration intestate o (1) David Kipkurui and (2) Edwin Kibet Mosonik, and whereas all efforts made to trace the land title deed has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, "intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed.
