THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Andika Namiba, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.6 hectares or thereabout, known as Kisa/Mushiangubu/711, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kakamega in succession cause No. 800 of 2012, has issued grant of letters of administration intestate to Joseph Kutai, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed.
