THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Ndungu Githinji, of P.O. Box 84, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0915 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title No. Thegenge/Karangia/777, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all eff9rts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening, the missing land register shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
