REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Esther Nyawira Wachera Espensen, of P.O. Box 328, Mweiga in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.809, 0.81, 1.62, 2.5, 0.1000, 0.1000, 0.1000 and 1.618 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title Nos. Nyeri/Mweiga/119, 613, 726 & 1898, Mweiga/Kamatongu Block/ 6/39, 40 & 41 and Nyeri/Ngaringiro/1434, respectively., and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
