TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 274 OF 2018 By Felgona Atieno Rabala, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Rabala Ochol, who died at Nightingile, on 5th November, 1998. CAUSE No.14 OF 2019 By Michael Onyango Mariwa, of P.O. Box 162, Sigomere in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mariwa Komukomu Okolu, who died at Madungu Sub-location, on 12th August, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
