TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 5 OF 2019 By Aloise Dooso Okwoyo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okuyo Odoso alias Okwoyo Dooso, who died at Jera Sub-location, on 12th May, 1971. CAUSE No. 6 OF 2019 By Leocadia Okumu Ochola, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Ochola Omondi, who died on 23rd April, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
