TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 67 OF 2018 By Jared Omusula Orito, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lonah Nakhungu Orito, who died at Shirembe, on 22nd July, 2007. CAUSE No. 68 OF 2018 By Colettah Adhiambo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Odhiambo Obonyo alias Odhiambo Obonyo, who died at Bushieni, on 11th August, 2009. CAUSE No. 38 OF 2019 By Elikana Anunda Osale, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephat Osale Were alias Josphat Osale Were, who died at St. Mary's Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd November, 2017. CAUSE No. 39 OF 2019 By Sifirosa Manjero Murunji, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Shikumo alias Wilson Shikumo Kuyomba, who died at Ebushitinji, on 5th July, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
