TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 264 OF 2018 By (1) Benard Njoo Agina, (2) Israel Otieno Agina and (3) Reuben Otieno Agina, all of P.O. Box 83, Mutumbu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barnaba Agina Kolwichi alias Agina Kolwichi, who died at Got Regea, on 8th April, 1992. CAUSE No. 267 OF 2018 By Michael Adeya Oduma, of P.O. Box 588, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albert Oduma Adeya alias Oduma Adeya, who died on 4th May, 1997. Box 10, Ng'iya in Kenya, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muga Okello alias Muga Okelo, who died on 2nd August, 1979. CAUSE No. 43 OF 2019 By William Onyango Oriaro, of P.O. Box 10, Ng'iya in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrea Oriaro Oware alias Oriaro Oware, who died on 21st June, 1989. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
