TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 27 OF 2019 By Joseph Mbaabu Robert, of P.O. Box 76, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwarania M'Ithirai Murigaru, who died at St. Ann Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 18th December, 2014. CAUSE No. 28 OF 2019 By Agnes Nduru Kinyua, of P.O. Box 427-60202, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Bundi Kinyua, who died at Kithunguri, on 2nd August, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
