TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 15 OF 2016 By Dama Mwagambo, of P.O. Box 86875-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwagambo Mwakiti Jambo, who died at Ngerenya, Kilifi, on 24th April, 1985. CAusE No. 76 OF 2017 By Moses Kiti Nyale, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Nyale Mwango, who died at Ziani, Kilifi, on 26th January, 2014. CAUSE No. 130 OF 2017 By (1) Isaac Kazungu, (2) Titus Mwalago, (3) David Kibwanga and (4) James Kalinga, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Mwanyamba Kibwanga, who died on 14th August, 1977. CAUSE NO. 126 OF 2018 By (1) Rita Njoki Wanjohi, (2) Matilda Wamboi Wanjohi and (3) Richard Mukinyi Wanjohi, the deceased's daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Wanjohi Mukinyi, who died at Mtwapa, on 14th March, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
