TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 34 OF 2018 By (1) Gilbert Ndoro Mwangiri and (2) Justine Mzungu Mwangiri, both of P.O. Box 122, Mazeras in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangiri Katama Mwangiri, who died at Mitsajeni, on 7th August, 1994. CAUSE No. 35 OF 2018 By Omar Kirao Nzai, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kavuna d/o Sirya, who died at Vishakani, Kaloleni, on 20th February, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
