TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 251 OF 2018 By (1) Fredah Anyango Osano and (2) Linet Achieng Ochieng, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliakim Rito Ojiem alias Eliakim Rito, who died on 15th July, 1971. CAUSE No. 31 OF 2019 By Magret Akinyi Opande, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joram Opande Hezekia Lago alias Joram Opande Lago, who died on 3rd September, 2014. CAUSE No. 41 OF 2019 By Jane Adhiambo Ochieng, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Ochieng Ooko Opuoyo, who died on 14th April, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
