TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 36 OF 2016 By Fidelia Mutete Ndunda, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boniface Ndunda Nyamai, who died at Changamwe, Mikindani, on 5th February, 2011. CAUSE No. 126 OF 2017 By (1) Christine Katumbi Matheka and (2) Teresia Munini Muleve, both of P.O. Box 21, Ngwata in Kenya, the deceased's widow and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matheka Maleve, who died at Kathekani, on 16th December, 2017. CAUSE No. 40 OF 2018 By ( I ) Patricia Yula Waema, (2) Alphaxard Muthusi Waema and (3) Ivan Joseph Waema, the deceased's widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waema Masila Maingo, who died at Kambu Sub-location, on 22nd June, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
