TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 115 OF 2018 By Wilson Wambua Nguta, of P.O. Box 72372-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janet Kavindu Nguta, who died at Kithimani, Matungulu, on 21st December, 2012. CAUSE No. 22 OF 2019 By (1) Catherine Mbula Waema and (2) Felix Kasyoki Wambua, both of P.O. Box 902-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benedict Wambua Mbithi, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 6th November, 2012. CAUSE No. 27 OF 2019 By (1) George Kyalo Wambua and (2)'Boniface Nzomo Wambua, both of P.O. Box 373-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambua Ngolia alias Martin Wambua Ngolia, who died at Kilindini Port, on 4th April, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
