TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 404 OF 2018 By (1) John Njaramba Wachira and (2) Monicah Mbeere Mugai, both of P.O. Box 1216-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabutu Weru Wachira, who died at Nairobi Women Hospital in Kenya, on 17th June, 2002. CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2019 By Nyawira Maina Gacau, of P.O. Box 194, Karatina in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Maina Gacau, who died at Nairobi Women Hospital in Kenya, on 7th November, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue thet same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
