CAUSE NO. 160 OF 2018 By Lucy Wairimu Waweru, of P.O. Box 61-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Waweru Gitau, who died at P. C. E. A., Kikuyu in Kenya, on 10th October, 2012. CAUSE No. 267 OF 2018 By (1) Patrick Njaaga Gakure and (2) Theresia Angela Waithera Gakure, both of P.O. Box 337-00217, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Secunda Wanjiru Kimunya alias Mrs. Secunda W. Kimunya alias Secunda Wanjiru alias S. Wanjiru, who died at Nairobi Hospiatal in Kenya, on 30th September, 2016.
