TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 87 OF 2018 By Agnes Kerubo Asuta, of P.O. Box 242, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gibson Mosigisi Asuta, who died at Bonyaiguba, on 5th April, 2017. CAUSE No. 88 OF 2018 By Samwel Menyenya Makori, of P.O. Box 4394-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Makori Menyenya, who died at St. Leonard's Hospital in Kenya, in 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
