TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 36 OF 2019 By (1) Gordon Onyango Achieng, (2) Joel Akumbas Achieng, (3) Thomas Omwanda Achieng and (4) Kepher Otieno Achieng for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shelemia Achieng Ombai, who died on 3rd September, 2013. CAUSE No. 50 OF 2019 By (1) Sharon Awuor Magak and (2) Calvin Onyango Magak, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pamela Akoth Otieno, who died on 3rd September, 2015. CAUSE No. 62 OF 2019 By Nicholas Owino Ragot, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremia Ragot Ngoga, who died at Central Alego, on 17th March, 2004. CAUSE No. 63 OF 2019 By Sipora Andesia Yason,the deceased's daughter-in-law for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ernest Ugingu, who died at Bware, on 12th April, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
