TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 74 OF 2019 By (1) Mildred Anyango Odhiambo and (2) Samuel 0. Odhiambo, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Odhiambo Ojengu, who died on 17th August, 1995. CAUSE No. 94 OF 2019 By Grace Aoko Alilo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Washingtone Olilo Ogony alias Olilo Ogony alias adongo Olilo alias Adongo Alilo, who died on 25th December, 1987. CAUSE No. 118 OF 2019 By Harrison Onyango Oulu, the deceased's son, a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Oulu Agola alias Meshack Agola Oulu, who died on 10th March, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
