TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 1136 . THE KENYA GAZETTE 22nd March, 2019 CAUSE No. 2 OF 2019 By Irene Delinah Uetz-Kenga, of P.O. Box 571, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for the sealing of a grant of probate of letters of administartion intestate issued in another country to the estate of Manfred Horace Spring, who died at Tawfiq Hospital in Kenya, on 15th March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
