DE-GAZETtMENT OF TITLE DEED THE thirty (30) days notice to surrender the land title deed was sent to Dinah Mmbone Kigohi through the Chief, Terik Location, on the 30th August, 2018 and the land title deed was not surrendered. Other two reminders of fourteen (14) days each were again sent through Chief, Terik Location, on 29th October, 2018 and 28th November, 2018 and no response has been received. Since the laid down procedures has been followed to notify her to surrender the land title deed, it is prudent to have the title degazetted Dated the 22nd March, 2019 Dated the 22nd March, 2019.
