NOTICE is given that by a deed poli dated 24th January, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1605, in Volume DI, Folio 99/1404, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Japhet David Osomo Owala, of P.O. Box 57- 20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Japhet Amos Owala, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Japhet Amos Owala and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Japhet David Osomo Owala, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Japhet David Osomo Owala only.
