NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to Kennedy Musyoki Mutua, of P.O. Box 1658-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, that on or about 25th September, 2017, you booked your motor vehicle registration number KBV 770B into our clients premises for repairs. Our client went on to repair the vehicle but you or your insurers have failed to collect it despite our client's demands that you do so. The same continues to attract storage charges in our client's yard. The total amount of repairs and storage charges were as at 7th March, 2019, KSh. 1,574,000.00. It continues to attract more storage charges. This is to notify you that unless you arrange and collect your vehicle after paying the Kshs. 1,574,000.00 being the repair costs and storage charges within the next thirty (30) days from the date of this letter, we shall commence the process of disposing off the vehicle under Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act. GAZETFE NOTICE NO.4469 THANDE HOLDINGS LIMITED DISPOSAL OF UNCOLLECTED GOODS NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) of the laws of Ken,'a, to Derby Registrars Limited, the owner of the under-mentioned goods; TV stands, water dispenser, sofa sets, small carpet, cooker and gas cylinder, microwave, bread toaster, juice blender, iron board, office chairs, computers, printers, beds, mattresses, beddings, curtains, assorted items, CPUs, book shelf, door mats, electric cooker and a sideboard, to take delivery of the said items from the premises of Thande Holdings Limited within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all outstanding storage charges including the cost of publication of this notice, failure to which the said items shall be sold either by public auctipn or private treaty and the proceeds from the sale be defrayed against any accrued storage charges and the balance if any, shall remain at the owners credit, but should there be shortfall, the owner shall be held liable thereof.
