NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to Kiriiyu Merchants Auctioneers to take delivery of motor vehicle registration No. KBP 927Q, Toyota Land Cruiser, lying at the premises of Auckland Storage Investment Yard along Ruaka Bypass, to take position of the same within foutteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice upon paymeni of storage costs and any other related expenses, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold either by public auction or private' treaty by Auckland Storage Investment Yard without notice and proceeds shall be defraye_d against all accrued charges withOut any furher refence to Kiriiyu Merchnat Auctioneers.
