WHEREAS Mwangi Ndigiya Gachobe alias Mwangi Ndigiya alias Gachobe Mwangi Ndigiya (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.49 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyandarua/Oraimutiai714, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at 2008 . THE KENYA GAZETTE 24th May., 2019 Nakuru in succession 752 of 2014, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Serah Nyambura Mwangi (ID/2934190) and (2) Margaret Wangui Mwangi (ID/08 18208) for the estate of Mwangi Ndigiya Gachobe alias Mwangi Ndigiya alias Gachobe Mwangi Ndigiya (deceased), and whereas the land-title deed issued earlier to Mwangi Ndigiya Gachobe alias Mwangi Ndigiya alias Gachobe Mwangi Ndigiya (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) dayi from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of R.
