TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. I6tw2019 By (1) Salada Sheikh Don and (2) Mohammed Yusuf Barkadle, both of P.O. Box 59878-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yusuf Mohamed Barkadle, who died at Nairobi, on 7th March, 2012. CAUSE No. 20 OF 2019 By (1) Moharned Osman Gawaira, (2) Muhyadia Osman Gabaire, (3) Abdilkadir Osman Gabaire and (4) Hassan Osman, all of P.O. Box 13899-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hakina Yusuf Osman, who died at Nairobi, on 2nd September, 2014. CAUSE NO.24 OF 2019 By (1) Jamal Hassan Ali Awale and (2) Suad Abdi Hassan Ali, both of P.O. Box 46-00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased's brother and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdi Awale alias Abdi Nassir Hassan Ali, who died at Nairobi, on 1st December, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
