NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th August, 2017, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 538, in Volume DI, Folio 91/1316, File No. MMXIX, by, our client, Emilly Kemunto Gisoi, of P.O. Box 23, Nyamira in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nancy Kerubo Gisoi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Nancy Kerubo Gisoi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Emilly Kemunto Gisoi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address her by her assumed name Emilly Kemunto Gisoi only.
