Box 115-60100, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nyaga Kabuthi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Nyaga Kalluthi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Paul Nyaga Josphat, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address hirp by his assumed name Paul Nyaga Josphat only.
