COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is gven that preparation of the above-meptioned part development plan u/as on 25th January, 2019, completed. The part uevelopment plan relates to land situated within Madogo, Tana North Sub-county, Tana River County. Copies of the part development plan have been deposited for public Inspection at the County Physical Planning Office, Deputy County Commissionet's Office, Sub-county Administrator's Office, respective Ward Administrator's Office and the Chief's Office. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all per.sons interested at the County Physical Planning Office, Deputy County Commissioner'S Office, Sub-county Administrator's Office, respective Ward Administrator's Office and the Chief's Office, between the hours of 8.00 am. and 5.00 p.m. Any interested person who wishs to malice any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the Dire&or of Physical Planning, P.O.
