REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kimwelj Kathiali Kitoo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land Containing 1.374 hectares or thereabout, known as KyangwithyalTungutu/1784, Situate in the district of Kitui, and whereas the High Court at Kitui in.succession I 10th May, 2019 cause No. 135 of 2009, has issued a grant of letters of administration to Kiema Kathiali Kitoo, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kimweli Kathiali Kitoo (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after theexpiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received with in that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said' instrument of administration and succession, and upon such registration the land title deed issuec earlier to the said Kimweli Kathiali Kitoo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effeôt.
