WHEREAS Stephen Mugo Mwendwa (deceased), of P.O. Box 1482, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 1.99 and 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kyeni/Kigumo/3 256 and Gaturi/Githimu/2225, respectively, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the High Court at Embu in succession cause No. 4 of 2017, has ordered that the said pieces of land be registered in the name of Phyllis Kina Mugo (ID/l 148080), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deeds issued in respect of the said pieces of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the grant document and issue land title deeds to the said Phyllis Kina Mugo (ID/I 148080), and upon such registnition the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Stephen Mugo Mwendwa (deceased), shall be deemed as cancelled and of no effect.
