THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Kariuki Chege (ID/5702207), of P.O. Box 1253- 40100, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.040 hectare or thereabouts, known as Daiga/Umande Block 2/3856 (Akorino), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the said farcel of land has been lost or misplaced and efforts made to locate the said green card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost green and white card as provided under Section 33 (1) (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
