IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 36 (1) (d) of the Universities Act, 2012, the Cabinet Secretary for Education appoints- JOEL KIILU to be a member of the Council for Kirinyaga University, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 26th April, 2019.
