IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) of the National Hospital Insurance Fund Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Health appoints- Under subsection (f)- Rachel M. Monyoncho (Dr.) Under subsection (g)- Roba Dubs Under subsection (h)- Wycliffe Omucheyi to be members of the National Hospital Insurance Fund, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 9th May, 2019.
