TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 406 OF 2018 By Paulo Juma Musamia, of P.O. Box 197, Malaya in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Natembeya Wauyils, who died on 1st July 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 2 OF 2019 By Oloo Oduk Msewe Francis, of P.O. Box 20, Lubao in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyamana Oloo, who died on 3rd March 1984. CAUSE No. 15 OF 2019 By (1) Nathan Muyekho Shiyonga and (2) Elizabeth Masitsa Shitanda, both of P.O. Box 56, Kambiti in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matayo Shiyonga Lubuliela, who died on 5th May, 1997.
